Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- manage leads, track interactions, and update customer information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for reaching sales goals.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
