- Consultant must provide full project management services from concept, requirements, planning, execution and implementation.
- Consultant must attend and/or lead meetings with the SDOT project teams.
- Consultant must develop meeting agenda, meeting minutes, and regular project progress reports.
- Consultant must develop standards that follow a common set of nomenclature, structure, design, documentation, and other parameters, in collaboration with SDOT.
