Role
Candidates will have at least 12-15 years of experience performing in a senior business analyst role in the following key areas and tasks:
- Business Process Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Requirement Gathering and Documentation Management: Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, concise, and functional requirements.
- Must have experience with R4J (Requirements for JIRA) and Atlassian JIRA
- Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and recommend solutions to address identified business problems, including process improvements, technology enhancements, or new system implementations.
- Project Management: Lead and manage business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
- Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment of project goals.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and improve performance.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior business analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- It is preferred to have a degree in a related field of study.
- It is preferred that candidates are CBAP certified or PMI-PBA certified.
