- A minimum of five (5) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience utilizing Six Sigma methodology to effect Business Process
- At least three years of experience as a BPI consultant within CRM projects.
- A current and valid Six Sigma Black Belt of Master Black Belt certification, which will be verified during the RFO process - The certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience.
- A bachelor’s degree copy required.
