- Coordinate with dental staff to optimize workflow and ensure efficient patient care.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, providing excellent customer service to patients.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets, including monitoring expenses and revenue.
- Process insurance claims and payments, verifying coverage and resolving any discrepancies.
- Handle accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing and collections.
- Implement strategies to increase revenue and minimize costs.
- Staff Management:
- Train and supervise office staff, including dental assistants and front desk.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve team performance.
- Schedule staff shifts and vacations to ensure adequate coverage.
- Foster a positive work environment and resolve any interpersonal conflicts.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.
