Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven individual to join our team at Estrella Insurance. Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales, preferably auto insurance.
• Valid 440 insurance license (required).
• General computer knowledge and ability to work with various data platforms (TurboRater and QQ Catalyst is a plus).
• Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, responsible, honest, and punctual.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for increasing earnings through competitive commissions.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on driving sales by proactively reaching out to potential customers and converting leads into policyholders.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and recommend the best insurance solutions.
• Provide knowledgeable and persuasive information about products, pricing, and benefits to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to address customer concerns and finalize policies.
• Accurately input and manage customer data in various platforms.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding market trends and educating customers about their insurance options.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $42,000 or more annually through commissions by meeting monthly sales goals.
