Qualifications :
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in construction management or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
- Strong organizational, presentation, written, and communication skills.
- Understanding of contract documents, drawings, specifications, and product data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and construction management / estimating software.
