What you would be doing :
Leadership and Supervision : The Senior Superintendent is in charge of overseeing the day-to-day activities of the field team, making sure everyone stays aligned with the project's goals.
Project Coordination : They plan, direct, and coordinate activities to ensure the project progresses according to schedule and budget, adjusting as necessary.
Quality Control : They ensure the project meets the highest quality standards, which may involve frequent inspections and testing.
