Responsibilities for Consumer Law Attorneys include:
- Handling consumer protection litigation in diverse industries.
- Complex commercial litigation, class actions, and mass tort cases.
- Bankruptcy pertaining to consumer protection.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide legal representation.
Qualifications of Consumer Litigation Attorney:
- 3-8 years of experience in consumer protection litigation.
- Experience in governmental consumer protection matters is a plus.
- Familiarity with California courts and legal procedures.
- Interest in bankruptcy law as it relates to consumer protection.
- Licensed to practice law in California.
Salary : $160,000 - $220,000
