Responsibilities for Consumer Law Attorneys include:

• Handling consumer protection litigation in diverse industries.
• Complex commercial litigation, class actions, and mass tort cases.
• Bankruptcy pertaining to consumer protection.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide legal representation.

Qualifications of Consumer Litigation Attorney:

• 3-8 years of experience in consumer protection litigation.
• Experience in governmental consumer protection matters is a plus.
• Familiarity with California courts and legal procedures.
• Interest in bankruptcy law as it relates to consumer protection.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
