The firm is currently litigating prominent cases involving public corruption and focuses on Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) and Labor Code § 1102.5 retaliation litigation. As an Associate Attorney, you will have opportunities to gain hands-on trial experience, including potential second-chair.
The ideal Associate Attorney candidate will bring a minimum of two years of California state civil litigation experience, with federal litigation experience as a significant advantage. The Associate Attorney needs expertise in project management, discovery, law and motion, evidence and document management, research, client relations, and trial preparation.
