Our client's global law firm’s Century City office is looking for YOU to join their Entertainment, Technology, and Advertising practice group!
The Entertainment Corporate Paralegal Role :
Think of yourself as the behind-the-scenes producer of the legal world—ensuring everything runs smoothly while supporting top-tier attorneys on high-profile deals. You'll be filing security documents, conducting due diligence, managing closings, and navigating the signatory process with guilds. Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in film finance closings, copyright filings, or UCC forms like a true Hollywood legal insider!
What You’ll Do :
- Conduct copyright searches & filings
- Track liens, deadlines, and extensions
- Draft corporate documents, operating agreements, & resolutions
- Handle financial closings in film finance
- File Copyright Mortgages & Deeds of Charge 🎭
- Create checklists, maintain minute books, and manage closing binders

Who You Are :
Experienced Entertainment Corporate paralegal . At least 4 years of experience in a corporation, studio or law firm. Must have both entertainment transactional and corporate paralegal experience.
Experience with film finance closings, copyright mortgages, or Companies House (UK) filings.
