Our client, a multi-office mid-size law firm, is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead its Human Resources Department and oversee the firm’s business professionals. This Human Resources Director role requires a strategic, hands-on professional who excels in talent management, employee engagement, and overall HR operations.
The HR Director must have a minimum of 8 years of Human Resources Manager or Director experience in a law firm environment, regardless of practice specialty and a BA Degree. As a key executive within the firm, the HR Director will work closely with attorneys, staff, and leadership to ensure seamless HR functions, employee development, and firm-wide compliance.
