Two distinct levels are available for a Labor Litigation Attorney. For mid-level, a minimum of four years of California litigation practice and admission to the California Bar is essential. Junior candidates should offer one to two years of California litigation experience with current California Bar admission. Excellent salaries plus additional discretionary and nondiscretionary bonuses enhancing the total compensation.
A Labor Litigation Attorney in this role will litigate and negotiate on behalf of a diverse international clientele, conduct thorough legal research and analysis, and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs. Involves preparing for hearings, depositions, and trials. Close collaboration with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and the ability to manage multiple cases concurrently are key aspects.
The Labor Litigation Attorney role will hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school . Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, Preferred qualifications include Mandarin language proficiency, first or second chair trial experience, and familiarity with federal litigation. Submission of a recent writing sample required.
