This firm of experienced trial attorneys tackles high-profile civil litigation cases across the state, making history by combatting corruption and injustice in both the private sector and law enforcement.
The position is subject to a 1,750 annual billable hour minimum.
The firm is presently litigating a number of high-profile cases involving public corruption, and the applicant will gain first-hand experience with these matters through litigation and trial. The firm’s primary focus is the Fair Employment and Housing Act (“FEHA”) and Labor Code § 1102.5 retaliation litigation.
The firm is friendly and professional and has a no-nonsense working environment conducive to professional and personal growth. The position is contemplated to provide ample opportunity for second-chair trial experience if desired.
