What’s the Litigation Paralegal role?
Take charge of critical litigation tasks, including:
- Managing cases from intake to trial, including trial notebooks and document productions
- Collaborating with and coordinating expert witnesses
- Organizing trial documents, certified transcripts, and exhibits
- Preparing motions, exhibits, and billing/medical summaries
- Maintaining case management systems and client extranets
- Supporting trials locally and nationally (war room experience is a plus!)
