This role is open in several cities, including New York, Boston, DC, Milwaukee, Madison, Chicago, Houston, San Diego, LA, San Francisco/Silicon Valley, Denver, and Salt Lake City.

Core Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of U.S., PCT, and foreign patent prosecution.

- Serve as a key point of contact for foreign associates and clients, ensuring clarity and consistency in communication.
- Meet a 1500-hour billable target with credit for approved non-billable activities.
The Right Fit Brings:
- At least 4 years of experience in U.S., PCT, and international patent prosecution, ideally from a large law firm or IP-focused boutique.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate strongly preferred).
