Job Title: Law and Motion Attorney (3-7 YEARS OF DIRECT EXPERIENCE)

Job Type: Full-time or Contract-to-Hire & Hybrid!

Compensation: $150,000 – $175,000 annually or $75 – $85/hour

If you enjoy being the behind-the-scenes powerhouse who shapes the battlefield before trial, this role is for you.

This is a high-impact, intellectually engaging position where your words matter - and win cases.

What You'll Do:

• Dive into deep legal research and surface with sharp, persuasive arguments
• Draft top-tier pre-trial motions (think motions to dismiss, MSJs, evidentiary motions: you know the drill)
• Collaborate with trial teams to align motion practice with big-picture case strategy
• Own your deadlines and make sure filings are crisp, compliant, and on point

What We’re Looking For:

• JD from an accredited law school and active California bar license
• Solid litigation experience, especially with law & motion work (bonus if it's in consumer protection or related areas)
• A love for writing and legal analysis. You're the person others turn to when the stakes are high.
