Job Description:
Highly motivated and experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with strong technical expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC)and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Involvement in gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring the system, testing, and ensuring successful implementation for clients
Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications for Oracle Fusion Service, Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), and integrations via OIC.
Design, configure, and implement end-to-end solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion Service modules (Service Requests, Work Orders, etc.) and OFSC (Routing, Mobility, Core Manage, Collaboration.)
Develop, test, deploy, and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion, OFSC, and other third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and other integration patterns.
Perform hands-on configuration within both Oracle Fusion (using Application Composer, Page Composer, Security Console, etc.) and OFSC (Configuration Screens, Filters, User Types, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven, hands-on implementation and configuration experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), including core modules and configuration tools.
- Demonstrable, hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and managing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, data models, and security concepts related to Service and Field Service.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective, scalable technical solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on Service modules.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Groovy scripting within Oracle Fusion (Application Composer) or OFSC.
- Experience with other Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., SCM, Procurement, Financials).
- Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Fusion Service, OFSC, OIC).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
