Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications for Oracle Fusion Service, Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), and integrations via OIC.
- Defining project goals, scope, and objectives; creating detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Allocating and managing human, financial, and material resources effectively.
- Organizing and motivating project teams, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support.
- Communicating with and managing expectations of stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and senior management.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Tracking project progress, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Managing changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget effectively.
- Developing and managing the project budget, ensuring it stays within allocated limits.
- Successfully concluding the project, documenting lessons learned, and ensuring all deliverables are finalized.
- Strong communication, Leadership skills and management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of Project Manager Experience
- Proven ability to manager larger and medium sized agile scrum teams.
- Proficiency in tools and methodologies for planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
- Knowledge of identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
- Ability to create and manage project budgets.
- Capacity to identify and resolve project issues
- Skill in managing expectations and addressing concerns of stakeholders
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Project Management Certification).
- Other Project Management Courses or Certifications
