Location : Dallas TX /Plano TX/Bothell WA
Contract : Long Term
- Education:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, master s in technology management) is often preferred.
- Product Management certifications like CSPO, PMC-VI or equivalent preferred.
- Experience:
- 5 years experience in product management, particularly in the digital e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience in a senior or leadership role, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience in digital acquisition space, launching customer facing digital journeys
- Past scrum team PM experience, working with UX, QA teams, Product releases, insights, VOC analysis is required.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong understanding of web technologies, software development processes, APIs, and system architecture.
- Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and payment gateways.
- Analytical and Data-Driven:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to drive product decisions and measure success.
- Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and performance optimization.
