You’re strong and enjoy physical work – able to stand, walk, sit, using your body for working on your feet around the plant 8 or more hours per day, with the ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
You like to be busy – working at a fast pace in a busy production environment.
Comfortable with repetitive work; you learn a job and do it with excellence, and you’ll be rewarded for strong production numbers.
Adaptable to work as part of a team and pitch in where needed. You enjoy cross-training and the chance to do something new.
Confident when operating manufacturing equipment, yet wiling to follow specific instructions.
Able to read and comprehend written instructions and perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, ratios and percentages.
Willing to work off-shifts, weekends, or overtime as-needed, sometimes on short notice.
Must interact as part of a team and always work well with others.
Must be reliable and maintain a good attendance record.
Willing to work safely and follow all safety-related training, and rules, procedures.
What you’ll be doing :
Operating machinery, wood or leather finishing, assembly, sanding or general labor. We have lots of different opportunities available and will work with you to find the best fit!
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
Adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and efficiency.

Requirements :
Education / Experience :
One to three months of related experience or on-the-job training.
Physical :
Must be able to stand at equipment for 8 hours or more per day
Must be able to use both hands to finger, handle, feel and reach with hands or arms, stoop or kneel, and communicate with others.
Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 100 pounds.
Must have close vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus on work.
Employees will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, fumes or airborne particles, moderate noise levels, vibration to hands, and occasionally outside weather conditions.
Employees will be required to wear hearing protection, safety glasses and foot protection.
Mental :
Must have the ability to read and comprehend simple written and verbal instructions.
Must be able to perform mathematical skills such as : addition, subtractions, multiplication, and division of all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; and ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Must have the ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
