Job Description
The Residential Coordinator will oversee programs and services designed to prepare students for independent living and successful transitions into adulthood. The position involves coordinating residential living experiences, teaching and fostering students' development of employment and independent living skills, facilitating transition plans to post-secondary education, vocational training, or employment, supervision of residential staff and students, and implementation of IEPs, including progress monitoring. The individual will work primarily on-site at NCECBVI, with some travel required for community-based instruction and collaboration with community partners. The Residential Coordinator will collaborate with, and have regular communication with families, school staff, and community partners to ensure individualized support and success for each student.
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or Related Field
