  • Staff on unit :

o Pharmacist : 6-7 outpatient pharmacists

o Techs : 4 outpatient clerks, 4 outpatient technicians, 4 person billing team

  • Type of equipment : ScriptPro Pharmacy Management System with SP200 Robot; RPMS Electronic Health Record and moving to a new EHR system
  • Automated Medication dispensing system : Omnicell ADCs and Carousel, Kirby Lester counting machine

    • Skill Set : Must Haves :

    Non-negotiables each candidate must have to be considered. Include required certifications.

  • Certifications : BLS
  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy AND / OR Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
  • Current and active state unrestricted Pharmacy license, Arizona state license preferred

    • Nice to have :

  • Two years of clinical pharmacy experience / Hospital experience.

    • Unit Policies :

  • Clock In / out time : Kronos ( no overtime clock in on time)
  • Lunch breaks – Required
  • Overtime - Manager signature required : Yes
  • Cell Phone Use – None
  • Where to report injuries, COVID-19, sick calls, etc.? Manager or Supervisor
  • Call–In policy / Process : Must call into manager or Pharmacy with 2 hour notice
  • Missed Shift : No
  • Cancelation Policy : The client can cancel 1 shift every 2 weeks
  • Block Scheduling : N / A M-F
