- Delivers thorough and documented technical support using specialized tools (Zoom, LogMeIn, etc.) to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues for both on-site and remote employees
- Collaborates effectively with various IT teams across multiple time zones to ensure seamless issue escalation, knowledge sharing, and continuous technical support coverage
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users of varying technical proficiency.
