Job Details
- Responsible for providing user-end support of desktop and network hardware and software issues in the regional offices.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements, as necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Conduct regular system audits and software updates to Ensure the security and integrity of data, network access, and backup systems.
- Train staff on new technologies and IT-related procedures.
- Document IT processes, incidents, and system changes and participate in the development and implementation of IT projects. Provides customers with preventive maintenance and configuration recommendations to improve product usability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for end-user hardware asset and configuration life cycle management through tools like ServiceNow.
- Provides proactive support to senior executives globally (direct as well as remote).
Requirements: -
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good Communication and Customer Handling Skills Experience in supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux operating systems
- Experience supporting Field IT and Operation Partners in resolving and communicating high-severity problem impacts, defining root cause, and driving tasks to remove future risk.
- Well verse in with Microsoft Excel and power Point.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and technical skills and ablity to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
