Job Summary
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for loading and unloading product materials, and tracking and organizing inventory.
Essential Duties & Functions

- Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries, and sorts and stocks receivables
- Securely and safely packs and unpacks inventory materials
- Communicate efficiently with Operations and Customer Service Team
- Follow state and company safety regulations and rules
- Ensures accuracy and quality of all inbound and outbound shipments
- Performs cycle counts when necessary
- Maintains a clean, neat, and organized work area

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is often required to lift items over 55 lbs.
Work Environment
This job operates in a manufacturing facility environment, with industrial equipment. Noise levels fluctuate from moderate to high. While performing duties of this job, the employee must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This PPE will vary based upon type of work performed but often will include safety glasses and protective clothing.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and includes an unpaid lunch break of thirty (30) minutes, and two paid breaks of fifteen (15) minutes each.
Travel
Occasional travel during the work day may be required between facility location, approximately 1 mile apart.
