Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various equipment and systems. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand tools, and the schematics. The Installer will work both independently and collaboratively in diverse environments, ensuring all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to service requests, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Diagnose system malfunctions following manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Install and route cables per project specifications and safety regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of installed/serviced equipment to verify optimal performance and compliance with manufacturer and client requirements.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with technicians and department leadership.
- Read and interpret design plans, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform system testing upon job completion, train customers on system functions, and provide manuals when applicable.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Maintain precise records of work performed, materials used, and expenses, reporting any system issues or concerns.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous growth and leadership in the field.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting:
- Television Systems
- Nurse Call Systems
- Voice & Data Cabling
- CCTV
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Intercom Systems
- Audio-Visual Systems
- Dedicated Home Theater Systems
- Ability to research and analyze products to make informed recommendations.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
- Strong adherence to health, safety, and industry compliance regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- High level of attention to detail for precise installations and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and excel in a team-oriented environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.50 per hour

Experience:
- Television Systems, Nurse Call Systems, Voice and Data.: 2 years (Preferred)
- Fire Alarm Systems, Intercom Systems, CCTV.: 2 years (Preferred)
- Audio Visual Systems, and Dedicated Home Theater Systems.: 2 years (Preferred)
