Location: Current, South Edmeston, NY
This position is an on-site 5 days a week.
Requirements: Familiarity with variety of projects including RNG, CNG fueling, Natural Gas infrastructure, waste handling, recycling, resource recovery, environmental remediation, and food and beverage facilities – from concept through construction.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Assure proper project team, tools, and systems are in place to deliver project from concept to final completion
- Responsibility for Client interface, and final earnings outcome for such projects
- Responsible for the actions and work product of the project staff
- Responsible to assure project staff utilizes Company and discipline practices, standards, and systems to achieve a successful project
- Responsible for preparation of final budget for PX approval
- Responsible for preparation of initial project proposal to Client for PX review/approval
- Assure a final, proper, and complete Client agreement is in place prior to the start of work, that provides company compensation and protection in accordance with Company project authorization and standard forms of agreements
- Assure project estimating, purchasing, and contracting is in place, on schedule, within budget, and in keeping with Company standards, including standard Company subcontracting/purchasing agreements
- Assure on site project execution is in keeping with design requirements and specifications, on schedule, within budget, and in a safe and profitable manner
- Prior to executing work and throughout the life of the project, assure Subcontractors provide certificate of insurance validating required coverage is in place
- Where required, assure Subcontractor bonds are in place
- Assure project financial control and reporting is followed per Company standards, including: monthly IOR’s; monthly Owner invoices; Subcontractor invoices executed; Modification Letters submitted; Subcontractor Change Orders executed; etc.
- Assure project safety program and procedures are in place and being applied
- Responsible for the project final outcome, including client satisfaction and project earnings
- Travel requirements up to 30%
