Etai’s Food is a local, family-owned company with a food production plant that prepares ready-to-eat products and catering. We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy of orders and delivery of the highest level of customer service. Builds loyalty by establishing and cultivating relationships with new and existing wholesale customers.
Essential Duties
- Establish, cultivate and manage profitable relationships with customers.
- Performs all data entry of orders processed from emails and the website.
- Ensures a great customer experience through flawless execution built by close communication with management.
- Ensures open and constructive working relationships with all internal departments involved in supporting production, including maintaining a strong working relationship with employees and department managers.
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer to the appropriate department on an as needed basis.

- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
