Description : Job Summary :
The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring efficient call center operations, and delivering excellent customer service. This role involves monitoring performance, coaching employees, handling escalations, and implementing policies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
oLead and support a team of customer service representatives.
oMotivate and develop employees to improve their skills and efficiency.
oConduct training sessions to improve service quality.
oHandle complex customer issues and escalate as needed.
oEnsure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and quotes.
oMaintain a customer-centric approach in all operations.
oOptimize workflows to improve response time and efficiency.
oAssist and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
oCommunicate and implement updates and policy changes to the team.
oHandles credits and adjustments.
oOther duties assigned by your manager.
Requirements : Qualifications
oHigh school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience
o1-5 years in customer service required, with at least 1 year in a lead role preferred.
oStrong leadership and coaching abilities.
oExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.
oStrong working knowledge of MS WORD, Excel, and Outlook
oStrong interpersonal skills
oAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
oMay require flexible scheduling.
