ROLE SUMMARY
The FLUENT Client Success Associate is responsible for the education, promotion, and field marketing of the FLUENT house of brands. Positive in-person interactions are intended to boost brand awareness, increase client/consumer education, and facilitate product sell-through. This position is a support role for both the sales and marketing teams. The territories will be assigned by the Associate Director of Wholesale. The Client Success Associate will work directly with the wholesale team and marketing team to increase brand awareness by interacting with clients and customers at partnering dispensaries while executing bud-tender training, brand activations, and display merchandising support.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Wholesale Team to ensure clients' post-sale support needs are met (i.e. bud-tender training, display merchandising, and pop-up brand activations.
Work with the Marketing Team to ensure partners have display merchandising assets and POS marketing and promotional materials (i.e. product display, placebo packaging).
Schedule and conduct in-store bud-tender trainings and pop-up brand activations with active wholesale accounts.
Educate clients, consumers, and patients on brand education, SKU details, and unique selling propositions of our products.
Create unique customer experiences to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty.
Participate and represent the FLUENT brand at cannabis community and industry events.
Identify events for FLUENT participation within and outside of the cannabis industry.
Track all activity and consumer insights/feedback through documented recaps.
Capture social media content during events and partner with the Marketing Team on asset utilization.
Secure and transport non-cannabis product and marketing materials to and from events and wholesale accounts.
Distribute marketing material to clients and consumers, in conjunction with bud-tender trainings and in-store brand activations.
Must-have qualifications include:
Weekend and evening availability
Must be a licensed driver with reliable transportation
Must be over 21
Punctual and reliable
Knowledge of NYS Adult-Use and Medical Cannabis program is preferred
Ability to take direction, communicate well, and complete report in a timely manner
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This position regularly requires long hours and occasional weekend work.
TRAVEL
This position requires approximately 80-90% local travel within the area.
