Part-Time Customer Service / Office Representative

Etai’s Food is a local, family-owned company with a food production plant that prepares ready-to-eat products and catering. We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy of orders and delivery of the highest level of customer service. Builds loyalty by establishing and cultivating relationships with new and existing wholesale customers.

Essential Duties

• • Establish, cultivate and manage profitable relationships with customers.
  • Performs all data entry of orders, troubleshoot issues, etc. as related to wholesale customers
  • Process all invoices for buyback program from several large wholesale accounts.
  • File and maintain files of invoices for all wholesale orders
  • Oversee all credits/adjustments for wholesale products
  • Resolves customer problems/discrepancies in a professional, expeditious and tactful manner.
  • Ensures a great customer experience through flawless execution built by close communication with our distribution team.
  • Ensures open and constructive working relationships with all internal departments involved in supporting the wholesale department, including maintaining a strong working relationship with employees and department managers.
  • Serve as back up to Customer Service team during downtimes.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Position Requirements

• • Associates or bachelor’s degree in a business-related major or relevant experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience. Preferred experience in food or consumer goods manufacturing or wholesale industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS WORD, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Maintain regular, consistent attendance & punctuality. Must have a flexible schedule.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
