ETAP, a member of Schneider Electrical Energy Management Software Division is seeking a Finance Business Partner in the growing ETAP Financial Team.
Position Summary
As a key member of the ETAP Business Finance Team, you will play a critical role in financial consolidation, reporting, project accounting, and performance analysis, ensuring strong financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Consolidation & Reporting
- Lead the consolidation of ETAP financial results.
- Drive balance sheet reporting and reviews.
- Establish and maintain strong financial control frameworks.
- Implement efficient software controlling processes in line with governance and standards.
2. Project Accounting & Revenue Recognition
- Support project accounting for ETAP projects, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and cost allocation in compliance with accounting standards.
- Establish standardized project accounting processes.
- Partner with commercial and operations teams to ensure proper budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking of project performance.
- Monitor and analyze project margins, providing insights into project performance, and support decision-making.
3. Business Partnering & Performance Analysis
- Partner with finance sub-stream leaders and Schneider Electronics Corporate Finance.
- Analyze ETAP performance and provide financial insights to support business decisions and plans.
- Develop structured processes and finance governance framework across difference platforms to ensure to drive business performance reviews.
- Support forecasting processes, analyze variances, and support business planning.
Qualities We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or related major.
- 5 years of progressive finance, Business Partnering and budgeting experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, willingness to accept challenges, and the ability to collaborate to work cross-functionally, especially with global teams in different time-zones.
- Strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional meetings.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks while handling competing priorities
- Fluency in English
- Prior experience in software business finance is a plus.
