About the Role
As a Solution Architect – SEE Electrical, you will be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge electrical design solutions. Collaborating with product, sales, and engineering teams, you will provide technical expertise, develop implementation strategies, and drive the successful adoption of SEE Electrical. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert on SEE Electrical, guiding customers through implementation, best practices, and optimization strategies.
- Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Gather user feedback and provide insights to the product development team to enhance software capabilities.
- Conduct technical presentations, live demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with integration partners to ensure seamless deployment and interoperability within customer environments.
Essential Qualifications
- 5 years of experience working in pre-sales, technical consulting or Solution Architect roles
- Strong expertise in electrical design, including schematics and panel layouts.
- Hands-on experience with SEE Electrical or similar electrical CAD software.
- Ability to translate complex customer requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
