What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at ETAS?
Responsibilities:
- Part of the team that will develop advertising campaigns that align with the overall marketing objectives of the retail company and ensure that they are executed on time.
- Coordinate with various internal departments (such as merchandising, sales, and creative teams) and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
- Manage the creation of promotional materials and advertisements, including digital, website, print, radio, and television ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze advertising metrics, and prepare performance reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage budgets for advertising projects, ensuring that all activities are delivered within the allocated financial resources.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to suggest innovative advertising solutions.
- Oversee the scheduling and delivery of advertisement content across various channels.
- Negotiate with media channels, including the print vendors, to ensure cost-effective advertising solutions.
- Monitor and collect all available co-op advertising $ from the vendor partners.
- Ensure all advertising content meets the company’s brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
