Relevant Work Experience: 2-4 years of construction industry experience, affordable multifamily preferred.
FLSA Status: Exempt
Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000/year, comprehensive benefits package
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assists and supports with the following:
- Overseeing all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocating resources for assigned projects
- Maintaining and update daily field reports in field reporting software
- Ensuring accuracy of field documents and reports
- Facilitating ?Tool Box Talks,? as necessary
- Ensuring adherence to site safety standards and document discrepancies, if necessary
- Supervising onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interfacing with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiating with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Other related projects, as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
- OSHA 10
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strict attention to detail
- Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Ability to process requests quickly and efficiently
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated and self-starter
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
