Some of the duties you may be doing :
- Support the product development and maintenance release process through product validation testing with supervision
- Execute test scenarios to uncover product design defects with supervision
- Report product defects via defect tracking database, following defects to resolution
- Provide technical support to internal customers
- Perform assigned project tasks under the supervision of more senior-level Product Assurance Specialists, a Team Lead, or Management
- Participates in the ISO on the job training
- Provide task completion time estimates
- Become familiar with tools and applications utilized by department
- Learn department and corporate policies, procedures, and plans
- Schedule and attend identified training classes
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
1-2 years post high school education in area of specialization
GPA : 3.0 or higher
Computer and service knowledge
Experience in a team environment
Experience with problem tracking tools
