Job Summary
This role involves providing administrative support to executives and teams. Key responsibilities include coordinating events, managing calendars, and handling office supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate team events and recognition programs
- Assist managers with scheduling and calendar management
- Collaborate with other administrative assistants as needed
- Coordinate division meeting presentation content
- Manage division/section distribution lists and create team communications
- Order, receive, and organize office supplies
- Manage purchase requisitions and travel arrangements
- Handle passport renewals and applications, international shipping, and taking notes in meetings
Interaction with Team
- Work with direct reports and their teams to arrange 1:1 meetings, reviews, and other activities

Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 6-10 years of experience and a background working with executives.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Concur (travel management system)
