Job Description :
- Assess and prepare patients for cardiovascular surgery.
- Verify medical history, allergies, and medications.
- Ensure proper sterilization and setup of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Act as a scrub nurse or circulating nurse in CVOR procedures.
- Monitor vital signs, hemodynamic stability, and anaesthesia administration.
- Ensure compliance with aseptic and sterile techniques.
- Provide post-op patient monitoring and wound care.
- Educate patients and families on post-surgical recovery.
- Assist in transferring patients to ICU or recovery units.
