Job Title : Data Visualization Developer
100% Remote
Duration : 04 Months (20 hours / Week)
Payrate : $50-$60 / hr
Job Title : What You'll Contribute :
Develop new interactive tool (description and high-level specs will be shared in interview process) that enable our client end-users to visually explore and download industry benchmarking data provided by Client.
Work closely with software and Web development teams that will embed the new tool in the Score Innovation Lab, ensuring tool designs marry well with Web pages and satisfy corporate branding requirements.
Rapid, iterative prototyping and refinement of tool to solicit and incorporate stakeholder feedback, including clients and end-users.
Rigorous QA testing of tool.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of experience with data visualization tools such as Plotly or equivalent.
Proven track record of developing intuitive and informative tools for business users, with responsiveness and accessibility included by design.
Proficient in writing database queries to feed data visualization views.
Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to : Java, JavaScript, Python, Swift.
Experience with data visualization libraries, such as D3.js or Vega.
Experience embedding visualization into Web applications, taking account of accessibility requirements.
Ability to manage workloads and meet project deadlines.
Solid communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with team and interact with users to understand their requirements and respond to their issues.
Works well in a team of diverse skills (user experience, engineering, product).
