What are the responsibilities and job description for the LVN / LPN/Ambulatory Care position at eTeam Inc.?
Facility Main Campus / Ambulatory EPILEPSY.
Shift : 7 : 30am-8 : 830am to 4pm-5pm.
LPN with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Ambulatory and / or procedural experience preferred.
Must have PERM Ohio License or Compact state license.
Required AHA - BLS.
Work in the outpatient Epilepsy department at main campus CCF. Primary assignment will be Epilepsy but there is a possibility of working in other Neurological Institute (NI) ambulatory or procedural areas at Main Campus CCF. This position is Monday-Friday with no weekends or holidays. Daily start time will be between 0730 and 0830. The daily end time will be between 4 and 5pm, depending on start time (8 hours, with 30-minute lunch). Job duties include obtaining vital signs and patient history, administering medications, assisting with monitoring and assisting patients, staple and suture removal, making phone calls, Epic documentation, patient education, prior authorization and other duties as assigned.
Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 17 : 00)
