Job Summary :
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides leadership in coordinating and delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care. Utilizing the nursing process-assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation-the RN ensures effective care, delegation, supervision, and documentation. This role requires strong communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Provide direct patient care in Special Care, Labor & Delivery, and Postpartum units.
- Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility protocols.
