Job Summary :
The Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is a high performing leader, problem solver, and innovator who challenges the status quo and drives innovation. In this role you will analyse complex business problems to be solved with re-engineered processes and automated technology solutions. You will provide consultation to end users and lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.
Job Responsibilities :
Works closely with client Global Operations teams to understand and support their operational needs to determine the best technology solution
Provide analysis and deep insights to business needs and challenge and enable the best fit and technology solution
Deep understanding of interaction, dependencies and alignment of different corporate initiatives, business unit, and IT strategies
rchitect and design business processes and systems solutions in support of business objectives
Deep expertise in end to end Procure to Pay processes, e.g., master data, RFQ, forecasting, source determination, MRP, Inventory strategies (safety stock, consignment, replenishment, rebalancing, etc.), Sub-contracting, Purchase order (PO) management, Inbound logistics, Costing, Supplier invoicing, etc. and Supplier Collaboration, e.g., forecast, inventory, PO management, Costing, Capacity availability, Constraints, etc.
bility to connect multiple operations domains (Planning, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Logistics, Spares Operations) and their interdependencies with Procurement
- Collaborate with the business unit in leveraging various Supply Chain Execution & Supplier Collaboration systems (SAP ECC MM / PP, SAP S / 4, SAP Workflows, SAP Portal, BI / Dashboards, Supplier B2B technologies, etc.) to enable the organization's future-state business capabilities
- ble to put on multiple hats : Business Analyst, Data Analyst, System Analyst and communicate effectively to a diverse audience, including leadership, to articulate complex planning scenarios, trade-offs, and its impact to Lam Operations
