Our team is an organic growth engine and a center of excellence for digital experiences and content strategy. At the front lines of that effort is our Social Media team, whose role is to identify new audiences and engage them authentically to drive business growth. We create content that builds awareness and affinity for our brand through storytelling and "edutainment."
We're looking for an enthusiastic and imaginative Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This role will be responsible for concepting and producing video content focused on POS hardware for our TikTok channel and helping propel our brand forward for future generations of business owners and entrepreneurs.
Responsibilities :
The ideal candidate has proven experience producing short form video content that will resonate, grow our presence, and strengthen audiences. This role is perfect for a big thinker with creative ideas and a passion for connecting with fans through original social content tactics and techniques.
You will :
- Film and edit 2-4 short form, hardware-centric videos per week, acting as a "face" on our owned social channels.
- Potential for occasional travel (~1 / quarter) to conduct on-camera seller interviews for social.
- Collaborate with leads and content managers in the U.S. and internationally to develop content from ideation to execution.
- ssist in content concepting, research, and scripting.
- Write captions in accordance with our editorial and TOV guides.
- Look at social analytics to see how content and platforms perform against OKRs and brainstorm ideas to help reach and engage new audiences to exceed goals.
- Work is primarily remote. (100% Remote)
- Travel needed.
