In this role, you will collaborate closely as part of our Docs team to develop and implement a content strategy that enhances the structure and functionality of our documentation site. Your primary focus will be on ensuring an exceptional developer experience for our customers through clear, accessible, and well-organized content. As a Tech Writer at Auth0, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product documentation, directly impacting how developers interact with and implement our identity solutions.100% remote position, open to candidates in U.S. and Canada. Preference for someone who can work Pacific or Eastern hoursMinimum Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : 3 years experience working with developers facing platforms in a professional technical roleTechnical writer, product manager, engineering, developer relations, solutions architect, or field / support engineering backgroundGood understanding of technical concepts like APIs and web applications. Experience with GraphQL, JSON and JavaScript - bonusStrategic thinker who can identify opportunities in our content strategy, execute new initiatives, and then measure their successDemonstrated strong technical writing skills (we'll ask for samples)Technical project management skills and experienceAmazing interpersonal communication.
