Job Title : Accounts Receivable Associate

Location : Throop, PA 18512 (Hybrid)

Duration : 03 months

Shift : 08 : 30 AM - 05 : 00 PM - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

The position will be Monday-Thursday in office with WFH Friday after training is completed and the candidate is ready to work remotely.

Pay Rate : $18.25 / hr. on w2 without benefits

Description :

  • Duties may include performing daily reconciliation, resolving problem checks, correcting proofs, making bank deposits, and contacting shippers concerning checks that can't be processed.
  • Additional duties may include processing mail, data entry, typing, and processing forms.

Additional Job Details :

  • This position requires extensive communication with customers via telephone, including conference calls, and / or written correspondence to attempt to bring resolution to unpaid accounts.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, requiring advanced research and root cause analysis are necessary.
  • Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (specifically VLOOKUP's and pivot tables) and Word is required.
  • Prior phone center or collections experience is preferred.
