Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite
Position’s Contributions To Work Group
Working with customers to get their client engine product registered for warranty
Typical Task Breakdown
Support Engine warranty registration process:
Verify customer submitted Warranty registration data
Submit customer registration data to SIMSi team
Enter customer data into IPSD Client; share lead data with Cat Dealer, Cat Insurance, Aftermarket field teams
Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of warranty registration status
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Interaction With Team
Sales and Marketing teams
Education & Experience Required
Highschool diploma or GED plus 2 or more related experience
Associates or Bachelor degree in communication or related study, no experience required
Technical Skills
(Required)
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft 365 suite
(Desired)
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
