Key Responsibilities
- Product Mindset
- Create, maintain, groom backlog of product features and work with product owner(s) to prioritize them
- Create and Own Roadmaps and ensure teams are aligned to the agreed commitments to business
- Ensure key features are delivered on timely fashion and communicate with all stakeholders of the product
- Have clear understand industry best practices applied in Product Management and data products and apply them to the products assigned to deliver and industrialize
- Propose/Ideate use cases for the data products they own and work with business to estimate business value they can bring and prioritize them in partnership.
- Presentation and Storytelling:
- Design and create compelling PowerPoint decks/Google Slides to present complex data-driven narratives.
- Deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders and executive teams.
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Develop predictive models and data-driven strategies to solve business challenges.
- Consultation and Business Engagement:
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations with clarity, confidence, and executive presence.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the alignment of analytical insights with business goals in mind.
- Bridge the gap between technical analysis and business strategy.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in data science and consulting.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team’s knowledge base.
- Proven product & process experience, with a strong ability to work in business facing roles.
- Expertise in PowerPoint/Google slides presentation design and deck creation
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to effectively translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling.
- Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker etc..
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP) and data warehousing solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in a decision science, analytics, or consulting role.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
