- Forecasting: Prepares guidance, templates, analysis, and presentations to enable the budget and forecast process.
- Reporting: Prepares regular executive and operational report preparation and analysis process for financial and non-financial KPIs. Supports the production of monthly and quarterly management reports for Executive Management, including financial information, key metrics, and insightful variance analysis and commentary.
- Business Partnering: Develops relationships with leaders across the business to understand the business needs and deliver on those needs independently.
- Financial Analysis: Solves complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions, exercising judgment based on the financial analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Control/Compliance: Reviews completeness, accuracy, and compliance with pre-determined or approved limits, assisting with SOX compliance.
- 3 years of experience in finance or related field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred.
- Master's degree (MBA) preferred.
- CPA/CFA certification preferred.
- Work independently to analyze financial and non-financial information.
- Focus on reporting packages, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Ability to synthesize information to stakeholders is essential.
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly budgeting.
- This team supports operations enablement and global operations teams.
- Will collaborate with Senior Director and VP, along with the team.
Salary : $55 - $60
