Seeking highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver data initiatives. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analytics, governance, and cloud engineering, combined with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities -
1. Project Planning and Execution - Define and manage project scope, objectives and deliverables, including detailed project plan
2. Team coordination - Collaborate with Technology and business teams
3. Stakeholder engagement - Establish steering/leadership structures, and communicate project updates to stakeholders
4. Risk management - Identify potential project risks and mitigation; Ensure compliance with applicable policies
5. Performance monitoring and reporting - Prepare and deliver project report, dashboards and presentations
6. Budget and Resource management - Manage project budget and resources
Required: BA degree
PMP Certification
Preferred skills -
1. Manage projects with Data Integration and Management:
o Develop and maintain data pipelines to ingest, process, and store financial data from various sources (internal and external).
o Integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple systems such as accounting software, trading platforms, financial databases, and market feeds.
2. Manage projects with Database Design and Optimization:
3. Data Quality and Governance:
o Implement data quality checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
o Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
4. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
o Work with data scientists, financial analysts, and business intelligence teams to understand data needs and ensure data is accessible and usable for analysis.
